Payment must be in the form of a Money Order, Business Check, Cashiers Check, Credit Card, or Wire Transfer. Failure to do so may result in you forfeiting ALL previous payments. Your balance must be paid within 45 days of your belt’s completion date. Please do not take offense to policy or try to negotiate this policy. Wildcat Championship Belts will not ship any items and list them as “gifts” or claim a lower value. You are responsible for all duties and import taxes. Once the balance is paid, the belt will be shipped. Once the artwork is approved, the belt will be fabricated.Ī digital photo of the completed belt will be sent to you then the remainder of the balance will then be due. This payment is non-refundable once artwork has been produced. Ordering from Wildcat Championship Belts means that you have read, understand, and will follow all of the policies set forth.Ī down-payment of 50% (100% for Economy Style belts) is required in order to have the artwork produced.
